LIVING LAB CLUSTER TIC BOGOTÁ – COLOMBIA is a cluster of the IT colombian sector, Digital Animation and Video Games enterprises, which is involved in benefit SME, as well as the national and international industry. These innovative activities are present in the ICT research, application and development, also emerging technologies, knowledge management, coaching, technology transfer and network alliances with government entities, industry, education and academic actors.As a principal objective of LIVING LAB CLUSTER TIC BOGOTÁ – COLOMBIA’s activities have been the improved of social environment with initiatives of current technologies application that bring support to all economic sectors.

Description LIVING LAB CLUSTER TIC BOGOTÁ – COLOMBIA’s thematic domain has been:

1. Social Innovation through the closed of digital gaps.

2. Improve of Creative Media products and services, contributing with the technological capabilities of ITSector.

3. Regional, territorial and rural development of Smart Regions through recognized the current needs ofcompanies, SME and individual person.

References and Track Record LIVING LAB CLUSTER TIC BOGOTÁ – COLOMBIA has been co-created knowledge, IT products and services, projects with social and economic impact. It's a fact that all those activities into the ICT environment has brought to it; experience, know-How and capabilities to offering technological transference for the national and international clients. Clear example, is the I+D+i projects for the automatism operations, interactive content and application for the national education and industry, products of video games and digital animation, usability testing lab in advance multimedia, client service and communication, knowledge management, new software paradigms, organizational IT applications, Trend Watch activities, Strategic Watch, Technology Watch, Marketing and Business Intelligence, human talent management and innovation management. Also the living lab has been part of the implementation and training of models like CMMITM, IT-MARKTM, eTIQTM, ITIL®, COBIT®, IT CardTM to improve the industry and the individual person's activity, innovation audits and tax incentives.
